Boat Tour

*Daily Tours* Our delightful 15-min Boat Tour departs from the Visitor Center Boat Dock and makes its breezy way through Pepper Creek towards the West Entrance of the Park. Once you arrive at the West Entrance Dock, the entrance to the Wildlife Walk is across the street. The boat ride is $5.00 or you can walk or take a tram on Pepper Creek Trail for free.

Birding Trail

The 0.75-mile Pepper Creek Tram Trail runs from the visitor center parking area and loops through the parking areas at West Park Entrance. This trail is one of 20 birding trails in Citrus County and is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail.

The Fish Bowl Underwater Observatory

*Reopened October 2025*

The Underwater Observatory, also known as The Fish Bowl, floats in the main spring and allows up-close views of the spring, fish, and manatees. Stairs are necessary.
